    What states do you provide bridge loans and/or lend in?

    New York. We are also actively working on expanding our platform to include more states.

    What documents do you require to get started?

    Entity Documents (LLC or Corporation), and Scope of work (if applicable)

    What are your terms and rates?

    Our rates start at 8.5% with interest-only payments, 12-month term loans with options to extend.

    How long does it take you to close?

    As soon as same-day/next-day from the time we receive all pre-closing documents.

    How much money do I need to get started? What leverage do you provide?

    You must be able to provide any downpayment and at least 3 months' interest. We offer up to 100% of the purchase price, requiring as little as 0% downpayment.

    Do you need an entity to purchase a home or can I purchase as an individual?

    We only loan on entities (LLCs or Corporations) and purchases must be for investment purposes.
